Haylee Stephens Guitar offers online and in-person guitar lessons. Our flexible scheduling caters to the busy lives of students and parents alike, enabling them to make up missed sessions. Whether you're beginning your musical journey or refining your skills, we are here to help. We have personalized instruction tailored to you or your child's schedule! Every student has the ability to send in a video of what they have been practicing throughout the week for me to give additional coaching during the week.
About Me
Meet Haylee Stephens:
I am currently in my final semester of my music education degree at Florida State University with my focus being classical guitar, I have been teaching privately for over 2 years and playing for over 12 years. I specialize in teaching beginner and intermediate students and have 3 years of previous experience working in childcare. I equip students with a personalized practice plan after each lesson to practice throughout the week.

The intermediate classes are designed to establish a strong foundation and expand the musical horizons of students. Through interactive sessions and collaborative learning, students enhance their skills and boost their confidence in playing the guitar. Students will be able to practice independently and will be ready for their first recital.

Mastering Expressive Playing & Advanced Technique
Our advanced training is crafted to challenge and inspire students committed to mastering the guitar. Emphasizing intricate compositions, stage performance techniques, and musical expression, we prepare our students for a successful musical journey filled with expressive playing, advanced technique (barres, vibrato, tone color), ensemble and duet playing. The student will have intermediate classical repertoire, and they truly identify as a confident musician.
Mastery
For Advanced Players
Our personalized advanced training is tailored to challenge and motivate students dedicated to mastering the guitar. Focusing on complex pieces, stage performance, and musical interpretation, we equip our students for a fulfilling musical path. Throughout the mastery training students will obtain college level musicianship.
